Marc Dahan

Founder & CEO

Marc hails out of London and was educated at the French Lycée and Brighton University. Marc spent his early career as a music promoter during the nascent days of the British Punk Rock scene. From music promotion, he segued into film and television make-up and theater production. Dahan founded Screenface to develop and expand worldwide the RCMA brand of film and television make-up, with legendary make-up artist Vincent Kehoe. The company went on to supply special effects make-up for such notable productions as Amadeus, American Werewolf In London, and the Highlander series. Dahan moved to New York, where he once again became involved in theater production. A successful investor in various ventures, Dahan’s production house, Pavaline, takes an innovative approach to finding and developing both material and talent.

Joe Dinki

Executive Producer and Head of Development for Broadcast and Digital Media

Known as one of a handful of people who bring new meaning to the term: Idea Generator. Mr.Dinki has spent his career developing and producing some of the most expansive and innovative ideas in television. His participation in the show “Cover Shot” (City Lights Television/TLC) brought the bill board reveal to Reality TV and is a much copied and revered format to this day. His early work for ABC/A&E helped launch the pervasive “biography” format that has become a standard in the industry. A published writer/poet/humorist Mr. Dinki brings his love for art and expression to everything he touches.

Devon Pluck

Assistant Producer

Devon's creative endeavors have found a home at Pavaline Studios. Since graduating from Rutgers University, Devon has worked on her photography, most notably covering the International film festival in Jersey City. Devon’s aptitude for design and her strong work ethic aid Pavaline daily in its development. She is always eager to help and lends unyielding support to the staff at Pavaline.

Joseph James Jr.

Producer (Model Behavior)

Joseph H. James,- producer, director, writer, songwriter, actor and author. Joe is executive producer on Pavaline’s reality show: “Model Behavior”. Joe co-produced Pavaline’s acclaimed film ‘Alienated’ starring Vincent Pastore. Joe has also directed, produced and starred in the award winning 'Arthur! A Celebration of Life'. It is a docudrama of tennis great and humanitarian Arthur Ashe. Joe produced it’s soundtrack that included 12 time Grammy award winner Alicia Keys. Whilst currently producing reality shows, Joe is also writing the book and lyrics to a Broadway musical. His novel “Soul Baby” is due out in 2011.

Joseph Kim


Joseph graduated in 2009 from New York University with an MFA degree in film production.  Prior to enrollment, he was an honoree at Film Independent, a Los Angeles based non-profit resource organization for independent film, and had the opportunity to be mentored by writer/director Christopher Nolan (DARK KNIGHT RISES, INCEPTION) and editor Dody Dorn (MEMENTO, AUSTRALIA).  His short films have screened at the Taipei Golden Horse International Film Festival, New York New Filmmakers Showcase, Red Shift International Film Festival, Dam Short Film Festival, Cinestud, Marfa Film Festival, Austin Film Festival, the 2009 Student Academy Award finalists showcase, and at the Washington D.C. Museum of Contemporary Art.  Since then, Joseph has edited a number of projects ranging from promos, music videos, shorts, television segments, and features.  Joseph joined Pavaline in April 2013 as the staff editor.

Douglas brings a diverse range of skills to Pavaline, having worked for over a decade in multi-media and marketing as an art director and consultant. He has helped guide the strategy and implementation of successful programs, from developing branding and marketing strategies to taking a hands-on approach to internet and printed initiatives. He has worked with a variety of industries from entertainment to corporate, making visual communication his priority.

Douglas is an effective translator of strategic objectives into tactical action. As a consultant his efforts for Pavaline know few bounds.
