New Competition Pricing - $9.99!

We won’t allow the economy to affect the creative flow of our members. So, we have reduced the entry fee to our Short Script Competition – across the board – to $9.99 . For the price of two cups of coffee, members now have the opportunity to have a shot at getting their script made into a short film.

“Alienated” Wins Pavaline’s Mafia Short Script Competition

Congratulations to Charles Disney and Lee Barron on their 1st place finish of our Mafia Short Script Competition for their original work, “Alienated.” The story, about a mafia hit man (Vincent Pastore) and his fear of extraterrestrials interfering with his professional life, is set for production in May and June.

In addition to the winner, we are proud to announce our 2nd and 3rd place finishers:

2nd Place

“The Accidental Don” – by Michael Baroni & Lisa Lynette

3rd Place

Each will receive $500, plus a membership upgrade to Pro Membership for 1 year ($100 value), and a free entry into our next competition, the Environment Short Script Competition.

Congrats again to all the Finalists. As Pavaline moves into production on “Alienated,” fans can follow the progress on Facebook and Twitter, or at, our official site for the film.
